Released murder suspect indicted (7/28/2010)
|
A man released after murder charges were dropped last month is back in jail after a grand jury handed him a true bill of indictment on Monday.
Andree Donante Nixon, 25, of Lincolnton, is once again charged with the first-degree murder of 24-year-old Zachary David Young in April.

Murder suspect ‘sorry if he did’ (7/26/2010)

Detectives have been working around the clock gathering information and evidence in the case of a man found deceased inside his burning residence last week.
The investigation has since been ruled a homicide and authorities have charged John Paul Gaddy, 23, of 1145 Oakbrook Lane, with the crime.
